**In the rare event of a DOA, please send us a clear photo of the DOA fish still in the bag within ONE HOUR of FedEx or UPS showing the package has been delivered to [email protected] immediately!
**An additional photo of the DOA fish outside of the bag is also required.
In case of a DOA we will refund the cost of the fish or replace the fish or replace the fish with the exact one. (Refunds are issued for cost of the fish not the cost of shipping). **ONLY if you provide the evidence of the DOA within the time frame of ONE HOUR!!!**
Someone MUST be home to sign for the package. If someone is NOT present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOIDED.
